• Book a case in from an email, call note, literature abstract, or SAE form.
• Code events, indications, and other medical terms in one browser, then assess the six seriousness criteria.
• Judge listedness against the case label, write the narrative, and set the 7-day or 15-day clock.
• Lock the case and read field-by-field feedback against an answer key.
